Cookie Handling

We use session and preference cookies on 9z9.club to maintain your login state and remember your preferred payment method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe. You can adjust cookie permissions in your browser settings; disabling them may affect lobby functionality.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 9z9 will never ask for your password by email or chat. Two-factor authentication is available in your account settings and we strongly encourage enabling it before your first deposit.

Data Retention

We retain your transaction records, including UPI reference numbers and Paytm wallet receipts, for a minimum of five years as required under applicable Indian financial regulations. You may request a copy of your data at any time by contacting support.

Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a PhonePe or UPI withdrawal, we verify that the destination account matches the name on your 9z9 profile. This step protects you from misdirected funds and is a mandatory part of our terms, not an optional check.

Who to Contact for Changes

To request a correction to your personal data or to update the bank account linked to your wallet, raise a formal request through the help-ticket system. Changes take effect within three working days once identity verification is complete.

Policy Update Notifications

When we revise these Terms & Conditions, we post a notice on your 9z9.club dashboard at least seven days before the changes take effect. You may also opt in to email notifications for policy updates inside your account preferences section.

Yes. The agreement covers every access method — desktop browser, mobile browser, and the 9z9 app. The terms apply from the moment you log in, regardless of the device or network you use to reach 9z9.club.

Where a change in Indian law conflicts with any clause in these Terms & Conditions, the legal requirement takes precedence automatically. We review our terms when significant regulatory changes occur and publish an updated version with a new effective date.

We may update the terms unilaterally, but we are required to give you at least seven days' notice via your dashboard. Continuing to use your account after the effective date counts as acceptance. If you disagree, you may close your account before the changes take effect.

Submit a data-access request through the help-ticket system or by email to our compliance address. Include your account ID. We will provide a copy of the data we hold within 30 days, which includes your transaction history, login records, and stored payment references.

We may suspend or close an account if we detect a breach of these terms — such as providing false registration details, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or using a payment method that does not belong to you. You will receive a written explanation where permitted by law.

Open a help ticket and label it as a formal dispute. Include your account ID, the transaction or event reference, and the specific clause you believe was misapplied. We will issue a written decision within five working days and explain your escalation options if you remain unsatisfied.

The core terms are identical across all payment methods. Each method also carries its own processing note — for example, UPI transfers are typically instant while PhonePe withdrawals go through a name-match verification step.
